BriElle Bryson

Founder and Executive Director

A philanthropist, social impact entrepreneur, speaker, and leading project management professional from Flint, MI, BriElle is no stranger to experiencing trauma and overcoming adversity. BriElle passionately gives back to the generations coming after her as she frequently speaks to youth about personal & leadership development and mentors young women for multiple organizations. Her passion, leadership, and commitment to service have led to her being a recipient of the Black Women Professionals League's 40 under 40 and Rolling Out Magazine's Sisters with Superpowers award. BriElle has been featured in media including CBS Chicago, ABC 12, NBC 25, and Flintside News for her work through AROSE. BriElle is a graduate of Howard University, a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and is dedicated to walking in her purpose of impacting the lives of others.

Brandon L. Crump

Chief Operating Officer

A Chicago native, attained his B.S. in Leisure Studies from Howard University, located in the nation’s capital, Washington, DC. He has achieved recognition and success in several companies within the hospitality industry for over a decade. Through his multifaceted experience, Brandon has developed an overt passion for hospitality, captivating him to cultivate and create a hospitality space with the goal of increasing overall representation for black and brown communities.  His aptitude for scaling organizations has led to his current roles as Chief Operating Officer of AROSE Foundation and Managing Partner | Head of Operations for Michael Lavelle Wines.

Development Director

Jamal is a Brand Strategist & Educational Consultant from Dallas, Texas. He commits his days working to help tutor, mentor, and consult schools in the inner cities while supporting business owners through brand design & strategy, website design, digital buzz content strategy, and program curriculum development. With over 20 years of experience in education and project management, he’s overtly passionate about helping serve the community and advancing the culture with moments that last a lifetime.
